Access Consciousness is a technique with thousands of energetic verbal tools and body processes that can facilitate your life.
Access Consciousness classes contribute to allow you to acknowledge the potency of you and get you out of judgment of yourself and of the polarity of what is good, right, bad and wrong so you can simply choose, for you!
I am an Access Consciousness® Certified Facilitator and I facilitate various Access classes in French, English and Polish, in person and online.
ACCESS BARS® CLASS
The first class is the Access Bars® class; it lasts one day and there is no prerequisite. During that class you will learn the 32 “Bars”; points on your head which, when you touch them, release energies locked in your body. You will also learn some verbal and other body Access processes. The “next” class is Foundation, a class of four days which will allow you to find out about more Access verbal and body processes and will help you open up to more possibilities !

ACCESS ENERGETIC FACELIFT CLASS
The Access Energetic Facelift class which is an Access body process of more than thirty energies activated on the face, on the neck and on the chest of the person who receives it.

And the Access body processes classes; there are more than sixty different body processes and classes.
